We specialize in hybrid battery preventative maintenance and repair for Gen 2 and Gen 3 Toyota Prius  (2004-2016) 

The nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) cells in Gens 2 and 3 are amazingly resilient and long-lasting, however, their Achilles heel is COROSION. When we repair or do preventative maintenance, we always remove all corrosion and reassemble the battery with state-of-the-art anti-corrosion techniques and products

The smart move is to have preventative maintenance done on your hybrid battery BEFORE it starts throwing codes and goes into limp mode. You wouldn't just hope your engine lasts the life of your car without doing any oil changes or tune-ups, and neither should you expect your hybrid battery to have a long life without maintenance. Get preventative maintenance done right away

With corrosion comes electrical resistance and resistance causes lower power and poorer fuel economy. We see a 2-5 mpg increase in fuel economy after either repairs or preventative maintenance

We offer 24 hr turnaround on repairs and preventative maintenance. In some cases, we can do a battery exchange and have a 2-3 hr turnaround (exchanges are dependent upon supplies available).  Call 541.231.8182 and ask. 

Preventative maintenance for Gen 2 and 3 prius is $495 

Repairs for failed cells (POA80 code) is $630 + $40 for each needed cell (the most common is 1-3 cells needed)

Battery exchange (fastest turnaround time ) is $800 depending upon  available stock
